Director
Julio Colina is Director of Three Hill Energy Water and Environment, with over 30 years of experience in thermoelectric power, EPC projects, energy efficiency, and operations across Latin America, the Middle East, and North Africa.
He is a Mechanical Engineer, holds an MBA in Business Management, and has a specialization in Public Administration.
Carlos Colina
Sustainability Director
Carlos Colina is an energy commercial and project development professional focused on EPC opportunities, turbine projects, and cross-border energy deals. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Sustainability and Environmental Studies.
